I have been thinking a lot about the new year and what events it will bring. At the moment, I am 5 months away from graduating from high school which will be a complete breath of fresh air. Although, I will be right back as a freshman in the fall. I am excited yet nervous to experience college. It is going to be a whole lot different then the schooling I have been though. I have been going to the same school since kindergarden. It is a school that my church runs and it goes from k-12th. It has about 100 kids with only around 40 kids in the high school.
Insane, I know. It has its advantages and disadvantages, but I am ready for change. Seeing the same kids over and over and over has worn me out.
but God placed me there for a purpose. I need to be thankful for it.

thank you, Lord.
I have a meeting with the community college next week to discuss the Veterinary Technology program that I want to be apart of.
As a child when the question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" was asked my answer was always a Vet. And here I am starting the step to put it in action.
new year goals:
> spread quality time with the Lord every day
in His word and in prayer.
> show compassion and love for others before myself.
> actually exercise.
> learn the banjo.
> start college.
> read every inch of my national geographics 2007 subscription.
